Rated 5 de 5 de par These are definitely worth buying I just bought these yesterday, and so far, I am extremely impressed with the audio quality for music.I work in a very busy industrial environment, where there are a lot of machines working at the same time, The sound isolation in these earbuds, is pretty impressive as is the clarity of this headset. I'll admit this is the first time I've had this style of earbuds, ( I think they are called 'enhancers.'), so it took a little experimentation to get them properly oriented in my ears, but once I did, the sound was amazing! Even over the din of the machinery around me, I was still able to hear deep, clear bass, crisp highs, and all the sweet upper and lower midrange frequencies. The isolation properties, when these are seated correctly in your ears, can rival over-the-ear closed-back headphones. I did have to switch to the larger pair of earbuds to fit in my ears properly so they wouldn't fall out, and that was a bit tricky, but I figured it out. They are pretty comfortable for a few hours, but after four hours, I had to take a break from them. So far, the only downside to this headset is the microphone if you wear it in the recommended behind the neck position, The person on the other end of the call told me I sounded very muffled until I took the wire and moved it to the front of my neck, then they could hear me better. Overall, I never thought an in-ear headset like this could sound this good so, if music is the main reason you buy these, and you are willing to take the time and get them situated in your ears correctly, you can't go wrong with these.

My headphones had been working great for the past two months, but today will not connect with either of my devices. Is there a hard reset that I can do?

Same problem can't pair with any of my devices. Had these ear buds for 2 months can't pair with anything I tried everything even what customer service said & nothing wish I had read the reviews before. Now a waste of money! Anyone reading do not buy all the bad reviews are true don't waste your money!

Last question (I hope)! When I answer a phone call, can I chat to someone if the cable (and mouthpiece) is behind my neck?

The microphone of the INSPIRE 500 is strategically located at the remote control near the right earbud. This makes it convenient and gives you access to the mic if you decide to wear the cable behind your neck.

I just received the earbuds as a gift. I am trying to charge them.The light was on for a bit and then shut off. I understood that it is fully charged when the light turns red. I've tried different chargers. How do I know if it charged?

When charging the Inspire 500, the light will be a solid red. When fully charged the light will shut off completely. It typically takes 2 hours of charging time from 0-100% if using 110V-120V.

Are these compatible with Apple Watch series 2? I try pairing them and the light blinks fast but the watch will say to make sure the headphones are in range and on. They connect to my phone, but not my watch

The INSPIRE 500 should be able to connect with the Apple Watch 2. Use these steps to pair: 1. Put your INSPIRE 500 in pairing mode by pressing the power and volume up button for 3 seconds while it is on. The light indicator should start blinking blue quickly. 2. On your Apple Watch, tap Settings > Bluetooth. Your Apple Watch will search for nearby Bluetooth accessories. 3. Choose the INSPIRE 500 and it should connect. The INSPIRE 500 is compatible with the Apple Watch 2. Many users encountering Bluetooth connectivity issues with headphones find that resetting the watch and retrying the connection resolves the issue. Please try this out. I bought my Inspire 500 earbuds about 2 months ago at Navy Exchange. They worked great until last week when the left bud stopped working. I'm disappointed that it only lasted 2 months. is there a way to fix the right bud? There's no damage or breaks

Why isn't my inspire 500 working for phone calls? I can hear the other person but they can't hear me. Why??

Will these fit women with small ears or do women have to pick one of the colors? Thank you!

The INSPIRE 500 comes with size 5 and size enhancers when purchased. For women with small ears, we do recommend the INSPIRE 500 for Women which comes with size 4 and 5 enhancers. This are specifically designed for people with small ears.

Do you wait for the headphones to die then charge them because I charged mine all night and they didn't charge do I leave it on while charging
