I'm a music fan, What is the sound quality of this product?

Sound quality is great. The Volume is really bad though. Not very loud at all.

Just purchased the Sport JBL flexible Earphones and callers cannot hear me when I'm speaking. Can you help me troubleshoot?

Have you tried taking the end out of your ear that has the controls and talking directly into the rectangle? The microphone on mine is in the back side of the "control box". People say they can hear me fine when I talk into the control box. Works great when you get a call while listening to music. Its certainly not designed to be a primary bluetooth for calls. I do see people walking around with one end hanging down, at times.

Is there any water resistance?

Such as if running in the rain, or profuse sweating during training?

The UA Sport Wireless Headphones are water resistant and sweat resistant, however continuous exposure to water over an extended period of time may damage your headphones. NOTE: Do not swim with these headphones and use caution when storing your headphones as the case is not waterproof.

good morning , I have purchased a pair of JBL underarmour Wireless headsets which are only 2 days old , they do not seem to turn on or charge or pair at all. I've tried various options and nothing seems to work at all ? anyone offer any advice ?

Hi, I would like to recommend contacting our Customer Support for support. They should be able to advise you. If you believe your product to have a fault, I would like to advise you to return them to the store where you have bought these, for a warranty replacement.

Doesn’t charge completely, red light keeps coming off. Won’t sync with iPhone . No instructions at all!!

I purchased headphones 3 weeks ago. Worked fine for 2 weeks. Recently I am not getting any sound from the left headphone. Heart rate monitor is working.
