Very Nice Sound
I used these both for home listening and when using air travel. They do Avery nice job of blocking out “plane drone” while in flight. Great battery life and the Bluetooth is great. Very glad I bought these.

Love the sound quality
I have had these headphones for two years with no problems. Last summer my husband did not see I had laid them down on the seat of the 4 wheeler and accidentally ran over them. The headphones had a little cosmetic damage but still worked great. Up until Apple update the iPhones with IOS 11. Now the app that lets you control an equalizer, noise canceling and battery level quit working. I hope they come up with a solution soon. It’s one of the reasons I purchased these

Het is een super mooie en goede koptelefoon hij geef zuiver geluid de app is handig want dan kan je bijv de bass mixen het is een krachte bass en je bent totaal afgesloten van de buitenwereld met de nois-cansel

Hi, I wanted these headphones to turn them on today but that did not work.Then I unsuccesfully tried to charge them, since it showed no red light. Now I can only listen music with an audio cable attached. How can I solve this? Perhaps is the battery dead?

I've had this same issue, and I fixed it. Even after charging for a long time, the Elite 700's would not turn on or show a red charging light. However, they were simply in the "update" mode. If you are having this problem after attempting an update via the JBL Headphones app, it's likely that the update failed. This happened to me, and the Android app was having issues, so I used an iPad with the JBL Headphones app to connect to the headphones and run the update via the app. It successfully updated the headphones, and they worked perfectly after that. I would highly recommend having the headphones and your device connected to their respective power adapters to ensure there is no loss of power during the update.

My JBL everest elite 700 right ear speaker suddenly stopped working....pls help only left ear plays sound....don't know what to do or how to open i up...pls help
My headphones have the same issue. I suspect there to be a defect in the design of the headset that causes the wiring to be faulty.

I am attempting to run the HID software with my White JBL Everest Elite headphones. I get to the screen where I am instructed to connect my device to the computer and press Volume + and MFB at the same time for 5 secs. When I do this, nothing happens.
My Headphones appear to be applying a voice frequency filter when connecting to the computer. I too cannot get the HID to link and cannot find the program to uninstall/reinstall.
Would this even fix the issue? It seems very trivial for a $400AUD pair of what are otherwise outstanding headphones.
Please release a Clear step by step set of instructions for unintstall/reinstall process you describe. What order should the install be performed? (I know some software can be funny like that).

Yes. I just got these headphones about two months ago, and I take them out of the case today, and there is just a constant white light. No noise coming out of the headphones, I can't turn them off, I dont know if it is on. Nothing is working.
i had the same issue and i let the battery die out (took about a day) and now everything works fine

On vient de me l'offrir, je lance la mise à jour firmware et depuis plus rien. Il n'y a plus aucune LED qui s'allument. Il ne démarre plus. Comment le redémarrer ? Le réinitialiser ?

Haabe heute JBL Everest Elite 700 Kopfhörer gekauft u wie beschrieben,die App "My Headphone JBL" heruntergeladen.Zu Anfang ging der Kopfhörer,mit Bluetooth. Die App hat direkt ein Firmenupdate durchgeführt, seitdem reagiert der Kopfhörer nicht mehr.
Meine funktionieren nach dem update auch nicht mehr und ich find es sehr schade das man die kophörer vor 2 stunden ausgepackt hat und dan über die app updaten will und danach gar nichts mehr geht

How do you update the firmware? The documentation states that version 5.4 is the current version. The version on my set is 4.0 so the update is clearly needed. Thank you.

If I happen to use these wired, will noise cancelling and EQ work as if connected through Bluetooth?
The NC and EQ features will be cancelled once a wired connection is used. These features can only be used when using a Bluetooth connection.
